ISAAC International has upgraded the security for its Members Only area.
In order for an ISAAC member to reset the password for their "Members Only" website account, it is necessary to have both the member id number and email address linked to the membership account.
You will be asked to enter your ISAAC International member id number and email address linked to your membership.
Within a minute or two, you should receive an automated email from our server, from the account "ISAAC Web" with the email address of email@example.com. This email will contain a hyperlink (that needs to be clicked) which will allow the member to reset their password.
Please make sure to check your email inbox AND spam or junk folders. Emails can sometimes be miscategorized by mail servers as junk or spam, and we have seen this in many cases with Gmail accounts. If our email was delivered to a junk or spam folder, right-clicking on the email (once found) and flagging it as legitimate should prevent this from happening with future emails (hopefully!)
