ISAAC is pleased to offer online membership renewal and payment for:
- ISAAC International
- ISAAC-Australia
- ISAAC-Canada
- ISAAC-Español
- ISAAC-US (USSAAC)
In order to renew and pay for an existing membership online, you will need to know your ISAAC Member ID number. You will also require your password for the Members Only area but, if you do not have or do not remember it, no worries, our system can send you a "password reset" email upon request.
You can access the ISAAC membership portal by clicking here.
You can also find a more detailed description of the steps below, by opening the attached pdf document.
On the left hand side of this page, you will then see the subpages that allow navigation to each membership system
Simply select the Chapter (or ISAAC International) that you are wanting to renew for. You will then see options on each page to either renew an existing membership or take out a new membership. The balance of this FAQ will deal solely with renewing a new membership.
Once you click the appropriate "I wish to renew an existing membership and have a member id number..." button, you will then be directed to log into the Members Only area. At this point, you will need to enter your existing member id number and Members Only password. If you do not remember your password, then simply click the "Forgot your password?" hyperlink on that page:
You will then need to enter your member id number and email address associated with your membership. Once correctly entered, our server will respond within a minute or two by sending an email with a password reset hyperlink. Please follow the instructions in that email.
Once logged into the Members Only area, you will then see the following:
Simply click the "click here...." text hyperlink in the noted box to be directed to our membership renewal payments page. If you do not see this box with the exclamation mark and countdown to the number of days left in your current membership, then it means your membership will not be expiring on December 31st, 2023 and, therefore, you do not need to renew for 2024.
