ISAAC members are always eligible to receive discounted registration rates at all of our conferences and events.

Our registration system is always thoroughly tested prior to "going live", and ensuring that the discount code functionality is working is always one of our first considerations.

Our registration system requires members to enter BOTH their ISAAC member ID number and the "super secret" discount registration code that is linked to the membership id number.  If these credentials are properly entered, then the system will change the "Non-Member" registration options to the "Member" options, with the discounted pricing.

If this does not happen, the likely reason is that you are using a web browser that does not have javascript enabled.

ISAAC recommends making use of Google Chrome as the web browser that you use to access our conference or event registration system.

Typically, we also find that users who use Apple-based products (Mac, iPad, Safari) tend to experience this issue more frequently than those using the combination of Windows-based products with Google Chrome.
