If, after reading our previous FAQ article about your unique member registration discount code "not working", and you are now using Google Chrome with javascript enabled, but are still unable to get the "Non-Member" pricing categories to change to the "Member" categories, please read on.
In every instance of this occurring up until now, we have tested the individual members' id number and unique discount registration code, and have been successful on our end to get the registration system to recognize the credentials and have the member registration pricing enabled.
If you are still seeing the "Non-Member" pricing categories, please proceed as follows:
- Make sure that javascript is enabled from within Google Chrome. This is done by accessing the Advanced section of the Google Chrome Settings menu.
- Clear your web browser cache.
- Navigate to the ISAAC Conference Cancun registration system.
- Without entering any personal information (ie name, address, email address, etc) first, immediately proceed to Membership Category and Registration section, and first enter your member id number and unique discount registration passcode.
- As soon as that is entered, CLICK YOUR MOUSE CURSOR INTO ONE OF THE EMPTY TEXT FIELDS. You should then see the "Non-Member" pricing options change to the "Member" ones.
