As noted on the ISAAC website, anyone who wishes to present at Conference Cancún will need to submit a paper proposal in our online system, regardless of whether the same paper was accepted for the postponed 2020 conference.
This is in recognition of the significant and unavoidable time delay in presenting Conference Cancún.
Authors are able to access their original (2019) paper submissions, from the previous ISAAC Call for Papers online submission portal. That portal can be reached by navigating to https://isaac-online.org/conference_2020/openconf.php.
Simply click the "Edit Submission" hyperlink under the "Authors" section, and you will be asked to enter your original submission id number and password that was created for your submission when you first submitted it. Don't worry if you do not remember your password, there is a "Forgot Password" hyperlink that will allow for changing of passwords.
Once you have accessed your original submission, you can copy and paste its contents into any word processing application you choose, such as Word, Notepad, etc.
Feel free to update the text of your paper proposal at this point, and make sure to save it as well for future reference.
You can now connect to the ISAAC Cancun (2023) Call for Papers portal, from the ISAAC website at https://isaac-online.org/english/conference-cancun/call-for-papers/.
Click the "Make Submission" hyperlink under the "Author" heading, and copy and paste your paper submission text into your new (2023) submission.
That's all there is to it!
